About
This home is a great choice for larger groups or just a few! Centrally located in Grand Junction with plenty of parking and a fully fenced yard. Two living areas and a large, fully stocked kitchen give you lots of room to stretch out. The bedrooms are designed with flexibility in mind! I've got two other properties in town right next to each other that each sleep 5 - let me know if you are interested. Now cooled by central air conditioning and mini-split system.
Good to know
This is a two-story home, all bedrooms are upstairs. There is a queen-sized pull-out couch in the family room on the first level. During your stay, you have use of the two-car garage, driveway, and on-street parking. The yard is fully fenced, the hot tub is serviced weekly. We have an assortment of yard games and card games in the house.
