Located near downtown Grand Junction, with direct access to the river trail system and Colorado River - stay and play in Western Colorado! I own the unit right next door also in case you need more space. I also have a house in GJ that sleeps 10.

This unit is 3 stories. Garage, office/small sleeping area and bathroom with walk-in shower are on the ground level pull out twin bed. Kitchen, dining space, living room, deck and half bath are on the second floor. Two bedrooms with en-suite baths and laundry are on the 3rd level.
